Dr. Lassad Nasri is an international expert in polymer extrusion, foaming, and advanced fiber manufacturing, with over 20 years of international experience in research, process innovation, and business leadership. He is currently Business Development Manager at Promix Solutions AG in Switzerland, leading the advancement of foaming technologies and global market expansion of Promix’s activities. Previously, he held management positions at Trützschler Switzerland AG and SwissTex Winterthur AG, where he developed extrusion systems for industrial and carpet yarns from virgin and recycled polymers, and worked at Rhodia Technical Fibers on R&D projects in filaments and composites. Dr. Nasri holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from the University of Haute Alsace, France. He began his career as Assistant Professor in Polymer Sciences at the University Louis Pasteur (France). He is the author of several publications and the inventor of multiple granted and pending patents. He is fluent in five languages and recognized for combining technical expertise with strategic vision to drive innovation and sustainability in polymer processing.
